Part Time Clerk

Location: Cabot Public Library

This position is a part time, 20 hours/week public service position at the Cabot Public Library. Seeking energetic, customer service-oriented applicant that enjoys working with the public. Qulifications for this position are customer service experience, excellent orgination skills, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Essential duties include shelving items, shelf reading, emptying book bins, working the circulation desk, and resolving patron issues. Must be able to stand for long periods, push and pull at least 25 lbs., lift, and squat. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. Work schedules may be adjusted based on activity levels. Children's Librarian's Assistant

Location: Cabot Public Library

This position is a full time, 40 hour a week position. Must be able to work evenings and some Saturdays. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with children and families. Must be energetic, customer service oriented, and willing to assist with conducting programming and events. Must be able to perform storytime, be creative, have excellent organization skills, work in a team environment, collaborate with other programmers, and have excellent computer skills. Experience with Google Suites is preferd. Must have experience working with children and speaking in front of large groups. Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift / push / pull at least 25 lbs, and squat.  Pay for this position is based on experience and education. A high school diploma or GED is required. Benefits include: Paid PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision, and APERS. Work schedule may be adjusted based on library programs and coverage.
