Know Your Library
Due to the efforts of William F. Foster, a sixteen term Arkansas State Representative, our current home is located at 100 East Taylor St. The England Library was dedicated to William F. Foster by then Governor William J. Clinton.
The England Public Library's future location will be at 108 Stuttgart Hwy. The new building was donated to us by the very generous Charles Capps family. Our new home is being renovated to meet the needs of the community.
